The facility management (FM) being carried out by the PATR s.r.o either in full extent or only is partial points. The basic materials for the services system proposal are work up of the firm Due Diligence focused on the services area and relating to the future FM. Furthermore, goals expected by the customer from the FM are to be set. It can be simplifying some activities, improving quality of particular services or financial effects leading up to cost decrease. Based on this entry information we work up the FM project which we submit to the costumer.
